...So you downloaded and installed wow and you are ready to start playing UOWoW for the first time, and you've decided what character you want to create.... And you just logged into the server...

You start off in our newbie starting area.

Then what you want to do is open your inventory and place your free bags into their corresponding slots. You start off with 200gold for training, training costs are 8silver for each skill/spell.
There is a global trainer inside the first big tent (the large bird looking creature). Here you will train for your class. Unless you are a Death Knight - you will find Lord Thorval and train with him.
Then depending on your class there is a character fixer (it's the vendor squatting down) click to see if there are any fixes for your character.
Now you will also find a riding trainer, this trainer teaches you all the riding skills. You start off with a starter mount & a 100% mount. Later you can find a better mounts and flying mounts - these are found near the major cities and outlands.
There are many other vendors around, click on each one to find out what they have to offer. You'll want to gear out your character as soon as possible so you can start to PVP.

**It is open world PVP in all area's except the starting area. There is no dueling, attacking other players, no pets or AOE's allowed in the starting area.

You should see a panda collar in your inventory. Click it to achieve a new pet... next you want to go to your character information screen by typing C on the keyboard opens this option then you select the pet tab at the bottom. Click on the pets tab and summon panda...with panda you now can right click him to talk to him. He has many other options available at your disposal. We'll get to those later on in the tutorial.

Next thing you do is type /join world - to join world chat... here you can talk to all the other players on the server, you can ask questions and look for guilds that are recruiting. You may find a GM standing somewhere in the starting area if you have other questions they can assist you... if there is no GM around then you can place a ticket to a GM, by clicking the red question mark at the bar on the bottom. You can also type @? This is a list of helpful commands in game that you'll need to know. Finding a guild is important as there are many GVG opportunities and they can also help you get to know the server better. Also, type /who 80 and find a list of people and where they are in the world - this helps locate where the PVP action will most likely be.

There are 2 types of sieges - This is where a lot of the PVP can be found

City Sieges: where guilds/players fight over the flag and capture the city

Guild City Sieges: where a guild attacks or defends their built city

Using Panda

As I stated earlier, you can talk to panda and he has many options:

*Crafting book*
	at this current time there is no use for this option - (previously you could craft furious gear with WSG tokens and a corresponding crafted piece of gear) you still can if you want to although Furious gear is Free at start.
*Player and Guild Housing*
	Player housing is a Guild Air Ship or 5 styles of player houses where you can safely hang out without interruption - you can ticket a GM for further information on this option. This is donation only housing. FREE: Orc stilted hut to all new players!
	Guild Housing - this option allows you to build a guild city that is attackable by other guilds and is also destroyable. You can build your guild city anywhere on the map except in Major Cities or the Siege Cities. Once you have found a location you want your guild city at, you ticket a GM for approval and they give you a guild charter. You then use panda to place your flag to start the building process
*Recall Book*
	Recall- takes you to a page that has the siege cities and shrines already marked for you to recall to. And it also has the pages of the marks you created to recall to. The siege cities are where most people will be usually PVPing - there are 8 shrines you can visit to get buffs once you get all 8 shrines you will receive a Champion Seal and 5 WSG marks - Champion Seals are used to buy Relentless gear.
	Mark- this option allows you to mark a spot on the map where you would like to recall to at a later time.
*Hawthorne's Helpers*
	This is where you find free talent resets and to max your weapon skills
*Voting and Reward Claims*
	This is where you receive your voting tokens from voting on the uowow website (http://www.uowow.com) *Tokens are account based, any character can claim them. Be mindful when claiming tokens as they will go to that one character you claim them on.*
*Siege Commands*
	This is what you use to attack or defend guild cities - you can buy siege vehicles to demolish another guild's city or to demolish the bane tower that another guild may have placed on your guild city.
*World Games*
	Crater Capture - this is a FFA game
	Bloodsail Booty Capture - this is a team based game
	82nd Airdrop - this is a 2v2 game

@? - pulls up the list of commands	@p - toggles revive spot
@h - shows where the Hotzone is	@g1 - shows a list of siege cities
@r - renames a recall rune	@g2 - Displays Crater Capture Status
@bo - toggles a building object	@g3 - Displays Bloodsail Booty capture
@bt - orientation for building object	@g4 - Displays 82nd Air Drop 2v2
@bd - deletes building object	@s1 - Server rankings - top UOWoW Players
@s2 - Server rankings - Top World Killers	@s3 - Server rankings - Top World Deaths
